These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Website and the purchase or access of any Services offered by SheetSumo, a sole proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in the Philippines, owned and operated by Niño Termulo ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing, purchasing, or using any Services, you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase and discontinue use immediately.

Section 1: Definitions

  • "Website" means all online platforms operated by SheetSumo, including but not limited to sheetsumo.co.

  • "Services" means digital courses, Google Sheets/Excel templates, automation tools, consulting, and all related materials.

  • "User" means any individual or entity using or purchasing the Services.

  • "Digital Goods" means non-physical electronic products delivered instantly upon purchase.

Section 2: Acceptance of Terms

2.1 Electronic Consent By clicking "Purchase," "Buy Now," or any similar button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This constitutes your electronic signature under the Philippine Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (R.A. 8792).

2.2 Legal Capacity By using this Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent.

Section 3: Delivery of Digital Goods

3.1 Delivery Process Upon purchase, our system automatically sends access instructions to the email address provided. Delivery is considered legally complete when the email is sent or when the download link is made available in your account dashboard.

3.2 User Responsibility You are responsible for providing a correct email address. Failure to locate delivery emails in spam or promotional folders does not constitute non-delivery.

3.3 Pricing and Currency All prices are denominated in [Philippine Pesos (PHP) / US Dollars (USD)]. For international purchases, your bank may apply currency conversion fees for which SheetSumo is not responsible.

Section 4: Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership All content—including formulas, scripts, videos, and templates—is the exclusive property of SheetSumo and is protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (R.A. 8293).

4.2 Limited License You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use. You may NOT resell, redistribute, or use our code/logic to create competing products.

4.3 Template Customization Templates are designed to be modified. You are encouraged to adapt them to your workflows, but such modifications do not grant you ownership of the underlying structure or proprietary logic.

Section 5: Refund Policy

5.1 General Policy Due to the nature of Digital Goods (which cannot be "returned"), all sales are generally final. SheetSumo offers a 10-day conditional refund guarantee for specific course programs only.

5.2 Submission Requirements for Refund Requests

A. Evidence of Application (The "Build-Test-Learn" Rule)

You must demonstrate a genuine attempt to integrate the course strategies into your workflow. This includes:

  • Progress Verification: Clear screenshots of your student dashboard showing at least 50% completion of the curriculum.

  • Execution Log: At least three (3) dated examples or screenshots of your actual Excel workbooks, macros, or sheets where you attempted to apply the specific techniques taught in the program.

B. Feedback & Context Assessment

We require a detailed written brief answering the following:

  • Gap Analysis: Which specific modules or technical lessons failed to meet your professional needs, and why?

  • Implementation Steps: Describe the exact process you followed when trying to apply the course content to your files.

  • Outcome Variance: What specific functional result or automation goal were you aiming for that the course did not help you achieve?

  • Professional Context: Briefly describe your current business role or the specific project you are working on.

C. Transactional Records

To locate your file, please include:

  • Registered Full Name and the email address used at checkout.

  • Your unique Order Number or Transaction ID.

  • The original date of purchase.

5.3 Templates & Downloadables Templates are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or sent, except in cases of verified technical defects that SheetSumo cannot resolve within 3 business days.

Section 6: Chargebacks and Disputes

6.1 Good Faith Resolution You agree to contact info@sheetsumo.co to resolve any billing issues before filing a chargeback with your bank.

6.2 Fraudulent Chargebacks Filing a chargeback for a product you have already downloaded is considered "friendly fraud." We reserve the right to report such instances to fraud prevention databases and terminate access immediately.

Section 7: Data Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), we only collect information necessary to process your order and provide support. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Section 8: Limitation of Liability

8.1 "As-Is" Basis Services are provided "as-is." While we strive for 100% accuracy in our sheets and tools, SheetSumo is not liable for financial losses, data errors, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our templates.

8.2 No Professional Advice Our templates are productivity tools, not professional financial or legal advice. Users should verify all outputs with a qualified professional.

Section 9: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal actions arising from this Agreement shall be filed exclusively in the courts of [Your City/Province, e.g., Makati City or Quezon City].
